<h3 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#c0c0c0;">Este p</span><span style="color:#c0c0c0;">rato, está presente em todas as ilhas do arquipélago, naturalmente com as respectivas diferenças que caracterizam as ilhas. Aqui apresenta-se os torresmos de cabinho à moda da Ilha Terceira e é feito de entrecosto de porco, temperado de véspera em vinha d&#8217;alhos, que após 3 a 4 horas de forno, ganha um travo intenso a alho e louro e a carne pura e simplesmente se desfaz no palato. Este era por tradição usado na matança do porco.</span></h3>

São conhecidas pelo seu </span>sabor intenso a canela e mel de cana, actuando este último como conservante natural, garantindo a evolução do seu sabor nos dias seguintes à sua confecção, e uma maior durabilidade.</span></strong></h3>
